Welcome to the Indian Cat Litter Monthly Cat Star Contest. By participating in this contest, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your entry.
1. Eligibility
- The contest is open to residents of India who are 18 years of age or older.
- Participants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Employees of Indian Cat Litter and their immediate family members may not be eligible to participate.
2. How to Participate
To enter the contest, participants must:
- Complete the official contest registration form.
- Provide accurate contact information.
- Upload an original photo of their cat.
- Submit the entry before the announced deadline.
Only one entry per participant is recommended unless otherwise specified.
3. Photo Submission
By uploading a photo, you confirm that:
- The photo is your original work or you have permission to use it.
- The submitted content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
- The image does not contain offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content.
Indian Cat Litter reserves the right to reject any entry that does not meet these requirements.
4. Winner Selection
- One winner will be selected each contest period.
- Winners are chosen based on creativity, quality, originality, and overall appeal.
- The decision of Indian Cat Litter is final and cannot be challenged.
5. Prize
The selected winner will receive:
- One FREE Indian Cat Litter product.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product unless decided by Indian Cat Litter.
6. Use of Submitted Content
By participating, you grant Indian Cat Litter a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use your submitted photos, your cat's name, and related content for promotional, marketing, advertising, website, email, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
Proper credit may be provided where appropriate.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Submit truthful information.
- Respect all contest rules.
- Avoid submitting misleading, copied, or inappropriate content.
Any fraudulent activity may result in immediate disqualification.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected through the contest will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be sold to third parties.
By participating, you also consent to receive contest updates, promotional emails, newsletters, and special offers from Indian Cat Litter. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
9. Contest Changes
Indian Cat Litter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond our control require such action.
10. Limitation of Liability
Indian Cat Litter shall not be responsible for:
- Technical errors or website interruptions.
- Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.
- Any damages resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance of any prize.
11. Disqualification
Indian Cat Litter reserves the right to remove or disqualify any participant who:

12. Governing Law
Note: Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the use of this website, its products, or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
