For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cat litter products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Product Replacement
Where applicable, we may replace the damaged or incorrect product instead of issuing a refund.
Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
